Today marks the start of London Jewellery Week. Billed as the UK’s biggest and brightest Jewellery Festival, LJW runs from the 6th – 12th June and the jewel in the crown is certainly Treasure. With its ethical jewellery Pavillion Essence showcasing some of the brightest stars in ethical jewellery, it’s certainly what we’ve been most excited about!
It has been a big year for ethical jewellery. February saw pioneer ethical jeweller CRED amongst the first 20 companies to launch the new ground breaking Fair trade and Fairmined gold.
In celebration of this and in conjunction with Essence, we have collaborated with LJW and the Fair Trade Foundation to produce a series of promotional images. We will be showcasing them here and on the run up to Essence on the 9th June we will guide you through the collection of fantastic Ethical designers taking part this year. Enjoy!

Great images! Excellent styling.
Ute Decker must be my favourite jeweller (closely followed by Linnie McLarty). Her irregular spiral cuff (left arm, first picture) is the stuff of dreams.
Thanks Veronica, glad you like! Yes the spiral cuff is just beautiful
what fantastic photos!!
Thanks Sam!
The collection from Kerstin Laibach has really caught my attention and I love the uncompromising ethics that it defines. Her Atlantis Affair creation is amazing!
Get down to Treasure at London Jewellery Week and try it on! It is a splendid piece, it sits between the fingers instead of around! Quite something
this is so beautiful magazine!
